Apple Begins iOS 5 And iCloud Apple Store Retail Staff Training
Apple has begun training their retails staff about upcoming iOS 5 and iCloud services from today. According to sources of 9to5Mac, this training is being conduct through an in-house app recently released by Apple as a part of Apple Store 2.0 campaign.
Apple usually starts conducting their training couple of weeks before launch of any product. iOS 5 and iCloud training contradicts with the reports about mid-October launch of iPhone 5. However, iOS 5 and iCloud training falls in line with previos reports about Apple special fall event in the end of September and iPhone 5 launch on October 8th.
Apple Store employees have also begun receiving detailed information on Apple’s upcoming iCloud service. Apple originally said iCloud would be launching alongside iOS 5, which is necessary because of iCloud’s full integration into the next-generation iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple TV operating system.
Apple Store staff training also suggest that we’re looking at an early October (at max) launch of iOS 5 along with iPhone 5. Apple has been working hard to improve their final version of iOS 5. We’ve seen 7 beta versions of iOS 5 which are more than any other iOS release in the history. Last 2 beta version of iOS 5 showed no major changes except minor bug fixes which means that Apple is very close the final release of iOS 5.
We will probably see a GM build of iOS 5 very soon, iCloud on the other hand has also been finalized for it’s final release this fall.
If everything goes well, we will definitely see an invitation mail for “Apple’s Fall Event” from Cupertino very soon.
We will keep you updated about this, stay tuned!
