Apple has just released next-generation of their mobile operating system iOS 5 publicly. iOS 5 was first previewed on June 6th at WWDC 2011 with over 250 new features. There were total 7 beta versions which were released in past 4 months along with iTunes 10.5 Beta releases.

There are two ways to get your copy of iOS 5 running on your iOS device 1) you can connect your iOS device to your computer and run iTunes it will automatically pop an update box asking your to update your iOS device to all new iOS 5 or you can download iOS 5 IPSW files for your iOS device from below.
9to5Mac is reporting that iOS 5 can get a delay for some users;
Note: iOS 5 may not be available for some users yet as usually these things take a while to propagate thoughout all regional iTunes stores. iOS 5 is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, third- and fourth-generation iPod touch, as well as both iPad 1 and iPad 2. However, some features are resource-intensive and thus only available on recent devices. Note that Siri, an intelligent personal assistant users can converse with, remains exclusive to iPhone 4S for the time being.

No jailbreak tool has been updated for iOS 5 final build, but we’re expecting an untethered jailbreak for iOS 5 really soon.
Remember: People who rely on Unlock should stay away from iOS 5 update.

I have bought Jailbreak & Unlock.
My iPhone 3GS SN869416093NP has IOS6 v10A403.
Jailbreak looked 100% complete but SnowBreeze will not accept any IPSW files. BTW the O2 SIM Card registered to this phone is in England. I am using another English O2 card.
Am I doomed for failure in unlocking this phone?
