How To Easily Switch Between Multiple iTunes Accounts In App Store With AccountChnager [Cydia Tweak]
I know a lot of people who have more than one iTunes account and there are many valid reasons for that. One of the finest reasons is that there are some apps which are region specific and you cannot download them from App Store until you have an iTunes account of that specific country. So newbies usually end up creating their initial iTunes account which is restricted to their country but as soon as they try to purchase and App which is available for US customers only iTunes throws an error that your iTunes account is not valid for purchases in US App Store. So they go for an easy solution or workaround, they create a new US App Store account and enjoy their favorite applications but when it comes to switching between your iTunes accounts things get a little frustrating because the process is “not” so easy.
AccountChanger is a new Cydia tweak which claims to annihilate this long and utterly boring process. What AccountChanger does is pretty simple, you will get a button in your App Store from where you can easily switch between your multiple iTunes accounts. Once installed, AccountChanger will add a small ‘Accounts’ button on top left side of iTunes App Store. If you ever wish to switch your iTunes account all you have to do is just tap ‘Accounts’ button which will populate a list of iTunes account associated with your iOS device. Press the ‘Login’ button to switch to selected account.
You don’t have to go anywhere else if you want to switch your iTunes accounts which makes this tweak a really handy one. But there are a lot of bugs in it right now, developer of AccountChanger has also mentioned in the description of this tweak that this is a beta version and all reported bugs would be fixed in coming versions.
AccountChanger does not support iPad right now but it will support iPad along with other iOS devices in coming updates.
