A tweak by the name of iSocialShare is avaiable in Cydia which will allow you to upload photos straight from your iPhone to your social media accounts.

Well its really simple it can be found in Cydia under BigBoss’s repo. Using this tweak is really easy, after installation this tweak will add a “cloud” button on top right side of iOS picture viewer. Tap that button to share images on your social media accounts like Facebook and Twitter.
