Couple of things which you should know:
- If you’ve already unlocked your iPhone, do not try this because it’s the same process but it’s automated now
- This process does not involve much user interaction so it can take a little while (3-6 minutes)
- You would also need to delete your current activation records by deleting Lockdown folder from /var/root/Library
- Just to make sure that you’ve deleting SAM preferences go to /var/mobile/Library/Preferences and search for SAM if you see any preferences related to SAM then delete them
Step 1: Delete SAM if you’ve already installed it and refresh Cydia in order to download SAM’s latest version to unlock your iPhone
Step 2: Now insert the SIM card whic you want to unlock (remember that this is the SIM card which you wish to use on your iPhone)
Step 3: Once installed, SAM will create a new icon on your SpringBoard by the name of SAMPrefs, tap that
Step 4: Now go to Utilities and tap on Attempt Activation, SAM will now start working (remember that this process may take a little while) once complete your iPhone will respring
