Is Apple Going To Sue This Company For Stealing Their Ad ?
We are familiar with Apple’s unique iPhone 4 ads with “If you don’t have an iPhone” tag line, well it looks like someone is copying Apple. An indian mobile phone manufacturing company Karbonn Mobile is replicating iPhone’s famous ads.
Karbonn Mobiles is fairly a new company with a low-price mobile phone portfolio but Karbonn Mobiles India recently launched their new smartphone series powered by Android Operating System. Now an interesting thing here is; Is Apple going to sue this company for stealing their iPhone ads? We know that Apple is very sensitive about their business they’ve also got a huge Indian market after iPhone 4′s official launch in India.
Apple has already won some lawsuits in Europe against Samsung’s Galaxy Tab and multiple courts have already banned sale of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab which is also Android based. The phone which we’re talking about here is Karbonn Mobile India’s A1 powered by Android (on a personal note this is the only reason Apple needs to get it banned of fined).
Remember that a lot of fake Apple Stores also poped up on internet from China and Apple immediately asked them to shut down the stores. We can also expect something like that here, Apple can ask the company to stop airing these ads. Yes, it’s not just one they’ve made three different ads exactly as Apple did for iPhone 4.

Yes, i know this a total copy and if Apple takes it under consideration this small Indian mobile manufacturer can get into so deep trouble.
