You can now Jailbreak your iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G, and iPad running Apple’s latest iOS 4.3.5 update using Redsn0w 0.9.b4. Apple pushed iOS 4.3.5 and 4.2.10 for iPhone (CDMA) earlier today. iOS 4.3.5 Jailbreak would be a tethered jailbreak for now, there’s no untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.5.
Warning: If you rely on carrier unlocking you should stay away from redsn0w 0.9.8b4 jailbreak as it will update your baseband and you can loose your carrier unlock.
Here’s how you can jailbreak 4.3.5 iOS your iPhone 4 , iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G, and iPad on iOS using redsn0w 0.9.8b4.

Step 4: Select “Install Cydia” and click “Next”.
Step 5: In this step make sure that your device is both OFF and PLUGGED IN to the computer before you click “Next”.
Step 6: Now you’ll be instructed to put your iDevice into DFU Mode. Follow the on screen instructions.
Step 7: When successfully entered into DFU mode, redSn0w will start jailbreaking iOS 4.3.5 tethered on your iDevice.
Booting in tethered mode:
Now from here onwards, whenever you want to do anything related to jailbreak like SSHing into your device, or running Cydia, you must first run your device in the so called “jailbroken state” on every reboot by using “Just boot tethered right now” option in Redsn0w.
And that was it !! Enjoy your iDevice fully jailbroken on iOS 4.3.5.
