iOS 5 Beta 7 was released earlier today by Apple to developers only along with iTunes 10.5 Beta 7, XCode 4.2 Developers preview 7 and Apple TV Software Beta 6. If you’ve already updated your iOS devices to iOS 5 Beta 7 and you want to jailbreak them you can do that with redsn0w 0.9.8 b7.
Redsn0w 0.9.8b7 was released yesterday with an added jailbreak support for iOS 4.3.5 and iOS 4.2.10 (CDMA). MuscleNerd of iPhone-Dev team has confirmed earlier today that iOS 5 Beta 7 can be jailbroken using redsn0w 0.9.8 b7. This jailbreak will be tethered for now which means you have to boot tethered in jailbroken state every time you restart your iOS device.
You will also be needing iTunes 10.5 Beta 7 in order to jailbreak this device because iOS beta 7 will only sync with iTunes 10.5 Beta 7.
