Simplexity Will Bring A Completely New Multitasking Experience To Your iPhone or iPod Touch
Cydia is full of amazing tweaks and at time we at HowToArena think that when would these developers run out of idea for making such amazing tweaks. Well it seems like developers have turned their attention to core iOS features, they make iOS’ built-in features more attractive and useful. Simplexity Cydia tweak does the same, it brings a completely new multitasking experience to your iPhone and iPod Touch. Apple released multitasking in iOS 4 though Apple designed multitasking with amazing precision but as I always say “there’s always a room for improvement”. Simplexity Cydia tweak makes your multitasking tray more useful and you can mod it the way you want.
Simplexity comes with a completely new design and concept of multitasking, it dramatically makes it easy for you to switch between apps and kill them. Simplexity comes with a lot of customization options, you can customize your Simplexity app switcher exactly the way you want, you can change colors of your:
- Window color
- Table color
- Border color
- Text color between active & inactive applications
Simplexity comes with an RGB color picker which means you can set any color you want for the background,borders and everything else. You can also get an Alpha adjustment option with which you can adjust the transparency of that specific color which is pretty cool. Once installed, you will get a two page view for switching your apps and managing your settings. You can either “slide to quit” your applications or you can also press a Kill All Apps button to kill all your apps running in background. You also get to quickly change some settings from the second window like:
- Brightness slider
- Volume slider
- Kill All Apps button we talked about earlier
Over all this tweak looks great but it relies on another tweak, yes, you have to download two tweaks to make it all work. Fr0zen Sun created a tweak back in December by the name of SwitcherLoader, Simplexity relies on SwitcherLoader. If you want to change your multitasking experience then you should definitely try Simplexity. Both SwitcherLoader and Simplexity are available on Cydia App store under BigBoss’ repo.
